One word – Amazing! At the end of June, I joined a group of phenomenal women in Cabo for the Crowned Up in Cabo retreat created by Kisha Simmons AKA “Coach K”. 5 days of relaxation, adventure, spa treatments and dynamic workshops! It was a pleasure to connect with the ladies over dinner every night and learn so much about the gifts these women have to positively impact the world! My Self Love workshop brought laughs and vulnerable tears as I challenged the ladies to become more aware of the words we absorb from others, the words we speak to our friends, family and co-workers and the words we speak to ourselves. I look forward to returning in January for Part 2 on Self-Care!

Special Thanks to Jayson and the staff at Casa Hogar orphanage for allowing me to visit and host a program for your girls while in town. **Watch BLUE MIRACLE on Netflix to learn a little about the orphanage in Cabo** The teen girls were so sweet and smart. I enjoyed my time with them and can’t wait to see them again in a few months.
